You'll find an exchange form with complete instructions in your order. Simply follow the simple instructions, and you'll have your exchange processed within seven days once its back in our hands. Please consider the following with your Cosabella exchange:
  • You may send unworn, intact, tagged item(s) with original packaging back to us for an exchange.
  • We hope you’ll appreciate the packaging presentation of your order and kindly ask you use the same box you received your garments in if you need to send it back to us. Please don't send merchandise back to us in an envelope.
  • We require that you try on new panties on top of your own clean underwear. We also advise not to wear any fragrances or deodorants when initially trying on merchandise. All garments sent back to us, especially intimates, are closely examined. They will be discarded if we believe its been worn and/or tried on over bare skin and sent back to you. Trust us... we can tell if its been worn!


If you want to exchange your non Cosabella merchandise:

One of our many distributors will be shipping this merchandise directly to you. Therefore, we ask that you click here if you need an exchange form for non Cosabella items. Just make sure the merchandise is sent back to us in its original, mint, unused condition. Items that don't meet this criteria will be shipped back to you.

Things to consider:

  • Tardy Exchanges - We offer a 60 day exchange timeframe on Cosabella items and a 15 day exchange timeframe on all merchandise, starting on the date of shipment date. If your exchange request is received after these timeframes, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Final Sale Merchandise - Some sale items may not be exchanged. These items will be clearly marked in their respective product pages. All clearance and/or end of month clearance items are drastically reduced and therefore are final sale items that may not be exchanged.
