How do I return something?
You will find a return/exchange/credit form with complete instructions enclosed with your order. You may send unworn, intact, tagged item(s) with original packaging back to us for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. For the protection to our customers, and due to sanitary laws, we can’t accept opened panty items. Therefore, please only open one panty item if you have ordered a delightful bundle of panties in the same size as the opened item will not be eligible for return.

We hope you’ll appreciate the packaging presentation of your order and kindly ask you use the same box you received your garments in if you need to send it back to us. Please don’t send items back in an envelope as they are prone to excessive wear and may damage the garment resulting in a charge to the customer.

Please allow up to seven business days for processing. Initial shipping fees and return/exchange/credit shipping fees when shipping items to us are not refundable. However, we will ship your exchanges and any additional items you may order at no cost.
